I frequent a neighborhood dry cleaning establishment a few times a month. The owner is an extremely nice woman and does a great job, but I noticed that for the second time in a row she frantically hand wrote my pick up receipt. I asked her why she no longer printed them, and she replied that her printer was dead, and she could not afford a new one for her “special” software system.
